If you have a busy schedule and you don’t have time to cook food, fast food is the perfect choice for you. So, believe it or not, you don’t have to completely cut off this kind of food.
At some of the stores where they sell fast food, there are several options for you that you can try and they won’t mess up your keto diet. Fast food can become your main choice when you are in the ketosis stage.
We will explain what you can order from a fast food store and still keep the results from the keto diet. All of these restaurants have one thing in common – fries. You just have to avoid the fries because they are the worst thing for you while you are in the keto diet.
Let’s start with the breakfast. There are a lot of choices, but you need to get rid of the buns. The sandwiches are pretty good for the start of the day.
As an addition, you can take a cup of coffee and have an energetic boost that will push you through the whole day.
As for lunch or dinner, you can order the grilled chicken. It will provide you with enough proteins and fats that will be used for energy later on.
If you want to order any kind of a burger, we will advise you to stay away from the ketchup (because of the sugar) and the bread (because of the carbs.) The whole point about the keto diet is to stay away from the sugars and carbs.

Same with the Burger King, just stay away from the ketchup and buns. You can order grilled chicken, whoppers or burgers for your lunch or dinner. For the morning hours, you can order a sandwich and a cup of black coffee.

They have the best burgers out there. To stick to your keto diet, just order anything you want without the buns. You can order sandwiches with grilled chicken. Make sure that you put mustard instead of ketchup and you are good to go.
As for the salads, they are also bad for your diet, so you need to avoid them too.

We are aware that without the buns, a burger is not that good. However, you can still satisfy your cravings if you order a burger without the buns. Ask for mustard instead of ketchup and you will have a lovely meal that will keep you full throughout the day.
- Kentucky Fried Chicken
When you think about low carbs, you probably don’t think about the food that the KFC can provide for you. Well, you are wrong there. There are still some options for you.
You can order anything that is grilled. You just have to stay away from the fried foods and you will do just fine. With your main order, you can also order green beans. They are healthy and they will provide your body with the best macro – protein.
You probably miss this place since you started the diet. Well, we have a solution for you!
Obviously, you can’t afford to eat the tacos and burritos from here, but you can still order a salad. If you order one, just stay away from the beans and you will be fine.
As for the meat, you can order anything you want and you can combine it with shredded cheese. You can also add guacamole, sour cream or even salsa.

This is not our favorite place to buy from because almost every meal has a huge amount of carbs in it. If you are that desperate and you want to eat a taco, just get rid of the shell. Yes, it will be less satisfying but you will still taste the ingredients.
All of these places have several things in common – the ketchup and buns. You will have to avoid them but you will still be eating fast food. Just avoid everything with bread and you will have successful results from the ketogenic diet.
We will still advise you to try and cook your food, but if you are that busy, then ordering from these places won’t be such a bad thing.
