  • Consume magnesium – you can either choose the right foods or you can take supplements, in order to increase the level of magnesium. Another symptom of heat intolerance can be stress. By ingesting magnesium in your body, you will relax your body which will result in eliminated stress leading to a controlled heat intolerance.
  • Drink water – surely, the most important thing for your body is water. You need to keep your body hydrated in order to maintain a healthy level of electrolytes. Try to avoid drinks that have sugar and focus more on water.
  • Stop eating spicy foods – spicy foods can lead to increased temperature because of the capsaicin, which usually inflicts a burning feeling. You can avoid the symptoms of heat intolerance by cutting down on spicy foods.
  • Consume black cohosh – if you are a woman who experiences heat intolerance because of menopause, you can get black cohosh as a supplement in order to relieve yourself from heat intolerance.
  • Wear clothes in layers ­– if you wear several layers each day, they can be removed in order to control the body temperature and have a cozy feeling.
