It is a recipe that doesn’t require too much attention and you can use it as a main dish. You will only need 5 ingredients and you can prepare it in around half an hour. You probably love bacon and just imagine it mixed with chocolate. It tastes amazing!

Also, it is perfect for the ketogenic diet because it is low in carbs, low in sugar, and contains healthy fats that your body will burn as fuel for energy later on.


  • ¼ cup of cocoa powder
  • ½ melted coconut oil
  • ½ pound pork or turkey bacon (cooked and drained)
  • 5 tablespoons of powdered sweetener
  • Himalayan pink salt


If your bacon isn’t cooked, make sure to cook it and drain it in order to get rid of the unnecessary grease. After that, you need to thoroughly mix the cocoa powder, the powdered sweetener, and coconut oil. The next step is to take the chocolate and apply it into a shallow bowl before dipping the bacon slices into it. You can add the pieces on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.

You want your chocolate to be firm, so you need to let it cool down in the refrigerator at least for 10 minutes. Furthermore, dip the firm chocolate in chocolate once again before adding the Himalayan pink salt. Place it in your fridge once again for 10 minutes. Enjoy your keto snack and if you have leftovers, save them in a container in your freezer.
